Kayan assortment (pantry special)

A thoughtful collection of everyday foods from the Western Himalayas, brought together in one gift box. This Kayang hamper includes produce traditionally grown, prepared, and used by families across the region.

We source from our own farms and from farming families within our Kinnaur community, keeping the connection between the grower and your table as direct as possible. Each product is packed simply, without trying to change what makes it special in the first place.

The box includes the earthy richness of Kinnauri rajma, wholesome roasted barley sattu, aromatic kala zeera, and golden apricot oil made from Himalayan apricot kernels.

More than a gift hamper, it is a small taste of Kinnaur, and its farms, its food, and the people behind them (something we have been consuming for centuries).
