HARVEST UPDATE

When does the apple harvest begin?

Our apple harvest will begin starting early September between 10th to 15th from middle Kinnaur moving on to upper Kinnaur, with different areas ripening at different times depending on altitude and climate. Stay tuned with our website and social media pages for pre-order opening.

Where is Kayang harvesting from this season?

This season, Kayang is sourcing apples from orchards across Middle and Upper Kinnaur, including high-altitude growing belts where Royal Red and Golden Delicious mature later in the season. We will be sharing stories of villages, farmers where the harvests are being packed from via our social media channels. Stay tuned!
