You are reserving a fixed number of produce deliveries from Kayang for the current Himalayan harvest season. Each delivery is dispatched fresh from our orchards — not from cold storage. The number of deliveries depends on your pass tier (Silver: 3, Gold: 6, Platinum: 12).

Yes. When selecting your pass, you can indicate your variety preference. Availability may vary by batch depending on the harvest, but we do our best to honour your preference throughout the season.

Your delivery frequency (every 10, 15, or 20 days) is set at the time of purchase. If you need to adjust, please contact us at least one full delivery cycle in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Simply notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled dispatch and we will push your delivery to a new date at no charge. Flexible dates are included in all pass tiers.

Season Pass deliveries are valid for the current harvest season only. We are unable to carry unused deliveries into the next season, so we recommend choosing the tier that best matches your household's consumption.
