Wild white honey (250 gms)

Collected from the remote Bhabha Valley of Kinnaur, this rare white honey comes from a landscape of high mountains, wild flowering plants and short Himalayan summers.

Unlike regular honey, this is a small-season, limited harvest. Its naturally pale colour, delicate floral aroma and soft sweetness reflect the wild flora of the valley where the bees forage.

For generations, honey from these high-altitude regions has been valued in local homes as a seasonal food, enjoyed simply, without needing much done to it.
